Slms i made this on 5/7/24 using my small square glass pyrex tray/ dish , I have 2 square glass pyrex dish I don't know sizes but I know the small tray holds over 1 litre water under 2 litres water and big tray holds over 2 litres water under 3 litres water, I decided to use my small one , an it seems like a made good choice , pudding did rise well an pudding came out well too but i expected to come out alot but it came out soooooo little so now I'm planning to make again an NEed larger dessert , what is best option use your same amount, 1litre milk and 6 eggs and 1cup sugar etc etc an use my big tray or double recipe so 12egg with 2cup sugar and 2cup sago etc etc , I'm soooooo sorry for disturbing u always

Now today 5/7/24 i made your sago pudding, , mine took 40 min to bake anyways , i thought its more tasty if using milk so i dissolved custard powder in same quantity of milk not water an then i made a mistake , u used 1 cup sago an i mistakenly used almost 2cup sago , an i used almost 1 litre milk an rest i used your measurements , other than that , to serve wil i be able to slice up ? Or should I scoop with spoon
Please try to follow the recipe and the measurements, and you shouldn't have any problems

Glad they enjoyed them. I never froze mine lol it's always up the same day but I have a big family, but some people have frozen them

Slm I did take note your recipes certain only it would be nice if you did with all your recipes , I mean u mention this is a large recipe so if you don't want alot u could half an or u mention also this is small recipe so if u want more you could double recipe , other than that, its better to use 1 pan so I used my 1 × 24cm round springform pan an my cake took 35 min to bake nonetheless , not every1 has baking knowledge, I wouldn't know how much batter goes per pan wen usin several baking pans so I used 1 just an I'm sure there's others that don't know too an also wen only using 1 pan I dont even know wen I require more batter, I just have to guess an bake an I jus have to be ready to be disappointed sumtimes so , due to that reason I had to disturb u an others again and again and again because I stil dont know if I'm using correct amount batter in pan an also I never knew that wen using 1 pan u need certain amount batter an if it's less than that your cake wont rise , this no1 told me so I never knew that u get such a law , now recently I know but not before , other than that we enjoyed your orange cake, I was looking for light and fluffy orange cake for a while now, an it came out the way I like my cakes soft an moist, i never even used topping anyway your orange cake isnt dry and not heavy too , all the other recipes ( orange) that I made it's not light and not moist and not soft
I'm glad it turned out well,firstly I'm not a professional baker so I'm not always gonna know pan sizes secondly I only do this as a hobby it ls not my job I'm not a big youtuber I don't get money like other big youtubers and lastly I only followed the recipe myself I did not create this recipe it's not mine I'm only showing and posting recipes that I know works and love so that others can make it for there families as well.i learn as I go as well hence why I always say I'm not a professional baker I bake for my family and friends,u should probably watch professional bakers to learn from more because I'm not that person

Slm i dont have these however i got round springform pans 24cm and 26cm and 28cm which one shall i use wats bake time
Slm u can pour your batter into 2 /26cm or 2/ 24 cm pans I'm not sure how long u gonna bake it because I never baked it in round pans but start with 20 minutes if u using 2 round tins just check until toothpick comes out clean

Gawa,just asking,why don't you use milk and water instead of just milk.Taste beter with milk,and I use just milk and moe juice or vinegar. I don't use a spatula or anything, I just throw it over as eas in the pan,i use cinnamon an sugar or honey.
Hi I prefer to only use water,it stays soft doesn't get rubbery and still delicious the next day but that's my choice each to there own

Hi Gawa. I'm having an issue where my milk tart crust keeps floating to the top. I've tried refrigerating/freezing the base. I've tried baking 30 min bottom shelf then 30 min top shelf. It still happens. Do you have any advice. I haven't baked it in glass pyrex like you did, not sure if that's the issue. Any advice?
Try using Pyrex but I have made it in normal baking dish and it never did that,make sure u have no holes or air bubbles when pressing your dough in pan then place it in freezer make sure your mixture is not to hot when pouring on the base and pre heat your oven,hope that helps🙏
@@gawaskitchen I just remembered that I added quite a bit of baking powder to the crust mixture - didn't have self raising flour so added normal flour with baking powder. Like 2 tablespoons. Do you think its possible that the baking powder caused air bubbles to form in the dough which caused it to rise when heated in the oven? I did press it firmly though into the dish to make sure there were no bubbles but maybe I missed them.

I don't know what is confusing, you are the 1st person to be confuse I never say 2 cups of flour and add another 4 cups I only mention 500g flour which is 4 cups then I added 250g coconut also the list of ingredients is in the description box a please and thank you will be good as well
